I led a team of over 10 stock acquisition freelancers, ensuring efficiency in meeting stock targets. I negotiated with major national and international distributors, developing a robust network for buying and selling. By analyzing market trends, I ensured that stock was priced correctly and managed inventory levels effectively. I handled accounting using tools like Excel, Xero, and QuickBooks, maintaining industry standards. My expertise helped establish us as one of the UK’s largest grey market distributors, scaling our revenue to £500,000 with an average margin of 30%.
